We ship Monday thru Friday:
- Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 business day
- Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or US holidays will ship the following business days
How fast is shipping?
Delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our distribution centers. We have one on the US East Coast and one in China; the ship-from location will vary depending on order's destination and products ordered. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier which are not guaranteed, and do not include the time to process your order (generally 24 hours). Here are carrier estimates to addresses in the US:
- Standard and Free Standard 6-10 business days in the US
- Priority Shipping 3-5 days delivered (orders must be placed by 12pm EST M-F)
- Expedited Shipping 2 days delivered (orders must be placed by 12pm EST M-F)
Keep in mind there can be delays in deliveries during high-volume holiday sales events
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active. Orders shipped from our China warehouse will have delayed tracking info because tracking isn't active until it hits the local country's delivery service. In that case, it can take up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen events can cause delays in deliveries.
Distil Union is not responsible in the instance of a lost item which is reported as 'delivered' by the carrier. If you have issues receiving shipments, a faster service with insurance such as USPS Priority or FedEx is strongly advised.
International (outside of US) Shipping - From the US
Your shipment may incur an import tax or customs duty. These fees are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Be alert for delivery notifications from your customs office! If duties are due and not collected, your package is returned to us and your order will be canceled.
- USPS First-Class International may take up to 45 days
Although it's typically faster, we cannot predict a delivery date for such packages. For time-sensitive deliveries and tracking capabilities, we strongly recommend using Expedited International. - Expedited International Usually to most addresses in 8-15 business days.
NOTICE: Packages sent using an international mail-forwarding service are not guaranteed beyond delivery to the service's address. Distil Union will not replace undelivered packages that are sent via a forwarding service. Instead, please consider using a trackable, insured service such as FedEx or USPS Priority International.
International (outside of US) Shipping - From China

You should see an estimated time when calculating the shipping rate in your cart. Tracking from our China warehouse will be delayed until the package enters your country's delivery service.
