Wrong Address - Can I update my shipping address?

Yes! But! Since we aim to ship out orders within 24hrs of receiving them, there's only a small window of opportunity to change your address -- 

- If you notice on your order confirmation email:
Reply to that email immediately with the correct address, we'll most likely be able to make the correction.

- If you notice on your shipping confirmation email:
Reply to that email immediately with the correct address, but most likely your package has already started its journey to you! It is too late for us to change the address, and you'll need to either make arrangements to intercept or retrieve your package from the wrong address (US residents can visit USPS.com to set up a forwarding service), or place your order again with shipping to the correct address.
