Easy 30-Day Returns

Because we're confident you'll love your new Distil Union gear, we'll make it easy: You have 30 days to return the unused items in original packaging if you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.



For U.S. return requests, please submit your return request by accessing our Returns Portal.*

*If you purchased with Buy with Prime on our site, please see the alternative Buy with Prime directions at the bottom of the page. 

Shipping & handling fee will be generated within the portal and once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a shipping label & return authorization with return instructions. We kindly ask that you not ship your return back without a return authorization. If you have any questions while using the returns portal, please reach out to us at here.


For International return requests, email us with your Order Number and reason for return. 

Once we give you a RMA code, send your item to the return address within 7 days using the method and cost of your choice. 

NOTE: For issues covered under our 1-Year Warranty, including a photo will greatly speed up the process.

For domestic returns due to product defects or our mistake, Distil Union will provide a postage-paid shipping label. International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Distil Union products are backed by our 1-Year Warranty 


Please be aware that if 30 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately we can't offer a refund– instead, contact us and we'll happily exchange your item.


Courtesy Note: While tweets and notes on social media seem quick, this is actually a slower process because we can't as easily find your order and verify personal info like your address–so please email for our fastest personal assistance.


Returns of Buy with Prime Orders

Step 1Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.

Step 2Choose Order Details to see the order details page.

Step 3Choose Return on the order details page.

Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered. 

Step 4Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.

Step 5Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.

When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent.

Step 6From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.

Step 7Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
