ERROR: WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If we sent you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience– please contact us right away so we can make it right!

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

If your item was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we apologize:

  1. Please contact us right away so we can make it right. 
  2. Include a photo with your email to speed up the process.

EXCHANGE

  1. Contact us to request your unique RMA Code, which is required in order to process your exchange. 
  2. Let us know what you'd like to exchange it for -- we'll check to ensure your desired item is still in stock.
  3. Your replacement shipment will be processed immediately after we receive your original item (in unused condition and with intact packaging).
