Distil Union products are covered by two layers of protection:

3-year coverage against defects

Worry-Free Guarantee = "Your Bad"
3 replacements for 50% off for damage or loss 

Enjoy replacements at a deep discount for damages and even loss: If you lose your item or break it beyond functionality, we’ll replace it up to three times for just half the current retail price. Simply contact us at [e-mail] and let us know what the heck happened! If your product qualifies for replacement, it will match the original color and material. If unavailable, we'll provide a similar option (and if no replacement exists, we'll suggest an alternative of equal value).

Normal wear and tear is not covered. Wear and tear includes natural aging and marking of leather as well as protective coatings. There's no sense in replacing an item that's still serving you well—so if it's functioning as intended, please don't exploit our Worry-Free Guarantee meant to cover Brave-Sir-Robin-level calamities. We reserve the right to deny any Warranty or Worry-Free Guarantee claim.

Sunglass lenses are not covered by the Worry-Free Guarantee. If your lenses become scratched* beyond a reasonable amount, we do offer replacement lenses on our site, and we recommend Fuse Lenses or your local optometrist for more options.

*Please clean your lenses with the included soft cloth, as wiping with your shirt can scratch and damage any lens.

All Distil Union products are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects according to our Manufacturer's Warranty.
