Here is an easy guide on how to remove and replace the lenses once you're ready to do so:

The lenses should be popped out towards the front of the glasses carefully from the corners. Insert the new lenses from the front as well. The lenses and frames flex a little bit, so carefully start at either the inside or outside top corner; you'll feel the lens pop into the recessed groove. Wipe down with a soft lens-cleaning cloth.
