Will My Cards Be Affected By The Magnets? Answer: No

No, the magnets should not affect your mag-stripe on your credit card. They are positioned down the middle of the wallet on the Bifold 5.0 where they don't come in regular contact with that stripe. On the ModWallet, the additional magnets outside the card pockets do not come in contact with the cards. There is additional shielding on the MagSafe Junior that blocks the magnetic field on the MagSafe array.

For added assurance that your cards will remain operational, these days, most credit cards also have a chip or tap to pay feature, where even if you damage your stripe through scratches (most common damage) or magnetic wiping, they will still work with all modern credit card readers.

We all carry around a lot more magnets these days. iPhones and AirPods have very strong magnets, so it is great that we've moved away from magnetic stripe readers for the most part. Credit card companies do still include them on cards as a backup for outdated legacy machines that still only offer magnetic stripe readers, but those are more and more rare.
